Most of planter factories locate in Binh Duong province and Dong Nai province, they are about 01 hour by car from Ho Chi Minh City, they are in different directions but we could combine them in one visit.

In particularly, terracotta factory is far away from Ho Chi Minh city, it locates in Mekong Delta, about 2h30 by car and will take one day to visit.

It is up to your time, there are different options for your review
(1) Meeting at hotel: we would see you there and make a presentation.
(2) Half a day trip: we could visit about 2 factories.
(3) One day trip: we could visit about 2 – 4 factories.

We are not a trading company but act as a sourcing and marketing partner company specialized in pots and planters. We, factory and customer will all have a scheme to work closely and openly.

Per each range of products, we select a good factory to work closely and promote them to customers.
Per each market, we prefer to work with one or two customers in order to avoid conflicts.

Customers come to us will take chance to work not only with one qualified factory but also with the whole system of factories. Vice and versa, these factories also have chances to work with various customers, this will create a high pressure on factories pushing them to do the best things for us, otherwise they will be rejected then lose not only one customer but also the whole system.

In order to keep the system work properly, we will handle all communications relating to the deal such as pricing, sample request, labeling, packing, shipment etc.

Factories will ship containers directly to customer and customer will pay directly to them. There would be no any payment to us because we have a fixed marketing cost from factories in the system.

Per each PO, our quality staff will check randomly quality, packing, container loading etc. Factories will be responsible completely about the shipment supplied to customer.
